2010年よりアート批評系のタブロイドを発行するプロジェクトとして活動開始。Na+制作委員会、Ra+制作委員会を経て、2014年にISBN出版者記号を取得し+journal（プラスジャーナル）と名称を統一。
毎号ひとつのテーマを設定し、芸術生産に関わる人々（アーティスト、キュレーター、批評家、建築家など）に原稿を依頼し、批評文のみならず、詩、散文、写真、ドローイングなどの様々な形式のテキストや視覚表現を取り入れたタブロイド誌「A critical journal on contemporary art」シリーズを出版。
またタブロイド誌に付随する関連イベントも企画。
We started this project as publishing tabloids of art criticism. The title was unified as “+journal” on the timing of getting ISBN number, through the committee of Na+ and the committee of Ra+.
Each issue focuses on one theme and asks for cooperation to the people who are concerned with artistic productions, like artists, curators, critics, architects and so on. As gathering not only criticisms but also poems, essays, photographes, drawings, we publish a series of “a critical journals on contemporary art” consisted with variety type of texts and visual expressions.
We also organize some satellite events concerned with each issues.
